The aircraft that transported Panahov has just landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
Azerbaijani Army service member Panahov Ruslan Eldeniz oglu lost his way due to unfavorable weather conditions while moving between service positions in the Lachin district on February 28.
The Armenian side reported that the Azerbaijani soldier who crossed the border was detained. After that, a criminal case was opened against him on several trumped-up charges.
